Covid-19 Vaccine Online Resources

We would like all our members to stay safe and healthy during the Pandemic. Here is some information and links to help obtain the Covid-19 Vaccine (Information taken from the Hawaii Covid-19 Website).

Individuals 75 and older have been added to the list of those eligible to be vaccincated.

You should bring the pre-vaccine questionaire, a valid id, and a health insurance / medicare card.

Vaccination Centers

Hawaii Pacific Health

Hawaii Pacific Health (HPH) is providing vaccinations at Pier 2 Cruise Terminal in Honolulu. HPH patients can create a MyChart account and schedule a vaccination appointment through MyChart. If you are not a HPH patient, you can fill out an online form and within three business days you will receive an email, or a representative will follow up to schedule your appointment. HPH created a flyer of important information you should review once your appointment is scheduled.

Queen's Health System

Queen's is offering vaccinations at the Neal Blaisdell Concert Hall. To register for a vaccination, visit Queen’s COVID-19 website. If you are unable to schedule your appointment online, please call their vaccination line (808) 691-2222. The phone line is open Monday through Friday: 7:30am-5:00pm and Saturday through Sunday: 8:00am-1:00pm. For questions not related to vaccinations but regarding COVID-19, you can call (808) 691-2619.

Kaiser Permanente

At this time, Kaiser is scheduling COVID-19 vaccination appointments for members only. Oʻahu members can book their appointment online. To schedule your appointment via phone call, please call (808) 432-2000 (TTY 711). The line is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
